Shipping methods

Shipping to Italy

We ship throughout Italy within 24/48 hours of receiving the order. We guarantee our customers an efficient, reliable and tracked service. Contact us for more information on our delivery service, Customer Service is at your disposal!

Delivery time

Orders received before 12.30 are generally processed in the afternoon of the same day, those received after 12.30 are processed the next day. Deliveries are made by SDA courier within the following 24/48 hours (excluding Saturdays and holidays). In the event that a problem occurs to the courier during transport and the package does not arrive at its destination within the time limits, please notify us promptly: we will try to resolve the situation as soon as possible!

Warning: do not contact us before the time limits have elapsed, as the data necessary to take the necessary measures would not yet be available.

More information on delivery

Upon arrival at the destination, the courier asks the person receiving the package for a signature for successful delivery. If the signatory person is different from the customer whose name appears in the delivery address, the latter remains responsible for the package and any costs associated with it. The courier's delivery times are approximately from 8.30 to 18 and it is necessary to be available at these times, as it is not possible to choose a fixed delivery time.

Shall the customer be not available at the time of delivery, Poste Italiane – SDA will leave the package at the local post office. The customers will be issued a notification through which they can independently collect their package at the competent office.

Before signing the courier receipt, please carefully check the parcel's packaging and, if it appears damaged in any way, write 'damaged' or 'subject to inspection' next to your signature. If the goods inside the package have also suffered damage, please notify us within 24 hours from receipt of the package and we will have the damaged items collected and replaced within the terms of a new delivery. We cannot accept complaints if only your signature appears on the delivery note without further notification.

It may happen that the delivery is delayed due to force majeure, Afiabora does not assume responsibility for such delays if due to situations that occur after the package has left our warehouse.

If the courier does not find anyone at the delivery address, it will be his care to leave a message with instructions so that you can get in touch with his company directly. If the package is returned to us because there has been no contact from you, you will be charged for the related transport costs.

Shipping fees

Shipping costs are free for orders with an amount equal to or greater than € 49.00; for orders of less than € 49.00 shipping costs amount to € 6.90. It is always possible to check the amount of shipping costs before finalizing the order.

Shipments to Livigno, Trepalle, Campione d'Italia, Vatican City and San Marino amount to € 18.00.

Shipping abroad

We ship within 24/48 hours of receiving the order.

The cost of shipping depends on the country of destination. The customer can view the cost online at the end of the order, before confirming it.

Any additional expenses and charges, such as customs duties, are fully charged to the customer.

For all destinations not mentioned in the table and those subject to customs please refer to our assistance in order to quantify the shipment charges (at least at the beginning until we have an idea of the total expense, i.e. shipping + customs charges) that we can estimate and then insert in the table.

Terms of payment

Payment by card

The Customer will be redirected to the Pay Pal payment platform and can decide to proceed via credit or debit cards. “Take Care srl” does not collect any data relating to the credit or debit card used, or relating to the access codes to the form of payment. This information is collected directly by the bank payment system. The actual charge will take place when “Take Care Llc” sends the order confirmation e-mail.

Payment with Paypal

You can choose PayPal as a type of payment in your cart, after confirming your order details, the PayPal login page will open to access your account and complete the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can create it from the PayPal login page, before completing the order.

Payment by bank transfer

You can choose payment by bank transfer as a type of payment, after confirming the details of your order, you will receive an e-mail with the exact amount to be paid and all the data necessary for the transfer.

Application of the general conditions of sale

The confirmation of the order implies for the customer the acceptance of these general conditions.

Validity of offers

The articles visible on the site are available while stocks last.

In the event of a charge or withdrawal relating to an unavailable item, Afiabora undertakes to propose a purchase voucher or to refund the Customer within 15 days.

“Take Care srl” undertakes to inform the Customer by e-mail that he has ordered an item that is not available.

Presentation of products

The products for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible.

Nevertheless, in the event of errors or omissions in this presentation, Afiabora declines any responsibility, for this reason and for the safety of consumers:

Customers who purchase food supplement products are invited to check the full correspondence between the information indicated online and the original label affixed to the package sent before using or opening the package.

Please note that the images of the products are purely indicative and illustrative.

Before opening the package and using the product, the customer is also invited to carefully check the expiry date of the purchased product and, in the unlikely event the product has no "usable" expiry date, to promptly report it to the customer service who will collect it.

Price of products

Prices are presented in euros, including taxes for Italy.

The amount of VAT appears when the customer selects the product. In the event of changes in VAT rates, such changes may affect the final price of the items without the need for notification to the Customer.

Afiabora reserves the right to change its prices at any time; however, the products will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order is registered.

Online deadlines

Afiabora is committed to provide a service in complete safety to its customers and an optimal shopping experience indicates the deadline for each product and taste.

Afiabora does not guarantee in some isolated cases that due to technical and logistical problems the deadlines displayed online may differ by a few days with respect to the products sent, both in excess and in shortage of time.

Non-EU countries

Prices for non-EU countries are shown excluding VAT.

Any order placed on the site and delivered to non-EU countries may be subject to any taxes, customs duties or documentation that are imposed when the package is delivered.

These rights, taxes and documentation related to the delivery of an item are responsibility of the customer.

Afiabora is not required to verify customs duties, applicable taxes, or any documentation required.

We therefore inform you that by ordering on the Afiabora website, you are considered as the official importer and you are forced to comply with all the laws and rules of the country where you receive the goods.

We want our customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries may be subject to customs opening and inspection procedures.


The Customer validates the order as indicated below. Validation implies acceptance of the current general conditions of sale.

Order changes

Once the order is confirmed, it is immediately sent to the warehouse for picking.

Therefore we ask you to check your order before confirming it, as once sent it will no longer be possible to modify it.

Treatment of packages not delivered by our courier

These are packages that have not been delivered to the final recipient for the following reasons: unknown recipient, unclaimed, refused, damaged during transport, tampering ...

Reason for returning the package: unknown recipient or address anomaly

These are packages returned to the sender by the courier for the following reason: The recipient does not live at the address indicated.

Following the receipt and acceptance of the package by our services, Afiabora will contact the customer to resend the order if the product is still available or proceed with the refund, based on the customer's choice.

Afiabora reserves the right to proceed with the reimbursement instead of resending the order if more items are detected and returned to the sender with unknown recipient.

Reason for returning the package: "ABSENT / NOTIFIED"

These are packages that have not been collected by the customer at the relevant post office or at the delivery point within the deadline.

Following the receipt and acceptance of the package by our services, Afiabora will contact the customer to resend the order if the product is still available or proceed with the refund of the order depending on the customer's choice.

Afiabora reserves the right to proceed with the reimbursement of the order instead of sending it again if in the presence of more unclaimed items.

Reason for returning the package: "REFUSED"

At the time of delivery, the customer refused the package.

Upon receipt and acceptance of the package by Afiabora, a purchase voucher will be credited to your customer account within 72 hours after the return of the package. It is possible to request cancellation of the voucher and its refund by contacting Customer Service.

In case of return of a package due to the causes "UNKNOWN RECIPIENT", "NOT CLAIMED", or "REFUSED", Afiabora does not guarantee the reservation of the items ordered and may be obliged to proceed with the refund of the order if the product or products are not available.

In case of non-delivery of the order and the return of the goods to our office, the customer will be charged the relative transport costs incurred by “Take Care srl”

Therefore, any reimbursement, in case of advance payment, will have a reduction of the related transport costs incurred.

Parcel damaged

On all stages of access to the site, consultation, filling in forms, order execution, delivery of items or any other service, the company Take Care assumes only an obligation of intermediation. Therefore, Take Care declines all responsibility for inconveniences or damages deriving from the use of the Internet and totally unrelated to the obligations and precautions adopted by Take Care. In particular, all unforeseen events relating to the provision of the service, external intrusions or the presence of computer viruses will not be attributable to Take Care. Similarly, anything that results as a cause of force majeure pursuant to what is established by the Court of Cassation totally exempts Take Care from any liability. Customers enjoy the guarantees provided by the brands present on the site.


All products for sale on Afiabora are covered by a legal guarantee of conformity provided for by articles 128-135 of the consumer code.

The legal guarantee lasts two years from the delivery of the goods and must be enforced by the consumer within two months of the discovery of the defect.

The indication of the order fulfillment time is not binding for Take Care but absolutely indicative.

There may be cases in which the indicated processing time is postponed by a few hours for technical / logistical needs.

The time indication for same-day shipping (where present) may be subject to variations and delays for orders placed with a credit card payment method. This type of delay is to be attributed to checks carried out by credit institutions and credit card issuers.

The gifts included in the order may vary depending on availability at the time of order fulfillment.

Invoice request (Italian customers)

To request an invoice, simply indicate the invoice request in the cart and fill in the billing information correctly.

The invoice can only be requested by the following subjects:

  • VAT number holders
  • Entities similar to companies without VAT obligation but possessing a numerical tax code.
  • For private individuals with an alphanumeric tax code it will be possible to request only the receipt.

Intellectual property

All elements of the Afiabora website, visual or sound, including the technology that supports them, are protected by copyright, trademark or patent rights.

These elements are the exclusive property of Afiabora.

All hypertext links that refer to the Afiabora site and that use in particular the techniques of framing, deep-linking, in-line linking or other types of direct connection techniques are strictly and formally prohibited.

Without exception, all connections, even if tacitly authorized, must be withdrawn at the request of Afiabora.

Right of withdrawal

Articles 52 and following of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code)

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform the Customer Service of your decision to withdraw from this contract by sending us an explicit declaration, we will reply to you by e-mail confirming receipt of the withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

The communication must specify the items you intend to return and if you want a replacement or refund.

The Right of Withdrawal does not apply to users who do not purchase as consumers (resellers).

Effects of withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments you have made to us, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. These refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed on other means of refund; in any case, it will not incur any costs as a consequence of this reimbursement. The reimbursement can be suspended until the goods are received or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

The direct cost of returning the goods will be at your expense.

You are only responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.


According to the art. 59 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n.206), the withdrawal is excluded for the following articles:
goods made to measure, personalized goods that risk deteriorating or expiring rapidly, such as short-term organic foods or products sold on offer for short-term perishable goods if opened from their original packaging, and where required the warranty seal has been removed

For civil disputes, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Monza and Brianza
